APS Ambassadors
As the employer, APS works on your behalf, always, to recruit and select the best possible employees. Quality Management Process
Each applicant is taken through a Quality Management Process including interviewing, evaluation, reference checking and orientation to ensure that our quality standards are met. Applicants that meet our criteria are immediately placed in our active database for placement. Assessment
APS assessement process is PC-based and allows us to quickly assess the skills of our employees on word processing and spreadsheet software, speed typing, statistical typing, transcription speed, shorthand, proper letter form (proofreading, spelling, grammar, punctuation), 10-key speed and data entry (numeric, alpha/numeric and embedded keyboard). We can even customize evaluations to your specific applications.

Special Screening
As an extention to your Human Resources department we offer specialized background checking including criminal checks.
